Three days of best-on-best wrestling? Where do we sign up?

The NCAA Championships are set to begin this week in Kansas City, Missouri, with all three programs from the state of Iowa bringing sizable contingents. Iowa and Iowa State each qualified nine wrestlers, while Northern Iowa will bring seven to compete for titles.

Here's how you can follow along with all the action over the next three days and get caught up on everything you need to know ahead of the tournament:

What channel are the NCAA Championships on today?

TV: ESPN/ESPNU/ESPN+

For each session, additional broadcasts of individual mats and multi-box feed of all mats can be streamed on ESPN+, which requires a subscription.

  • Session 1: ESPNU at 11 a.m. - Thursday
  • Session 2: ESPN at 6 p.m. - Thursday
  • Session 3: ESPNU at 11 a.m. - Friday
  • Session 4: ESPN at 7 p.m. - Friday
  • Session 5: ESPNU at 10 a.m. - Saturday
  • Session 6 (Finals): ESPN at 6 p.m. - Saturday
